BATIZADO E TROCA DE CORDAS 2026

ABADÁ-Capoeira Queens is excited to announce that our very first Batizado & Troca de Cordas is scheduled for October 2–4, 2026. This is going to be a great celebration of our students’ achievements, and we’re planning a lot of opportunities for all of you to train, play, and enjoy capoeira with us.

We’re thrilled to confirm our special guests: Mestrando Pretinho (Barra Mansa), who will be teaching workshops, Mestrando Perninha (Lisbon/RJ), Professor Gato (Madrid/Bogotá), Professor Jenipapo (Luxembourg/Bahia), and Instrutora Bombom (Barra Mansa).

🎶 It is truly a dream come true to have Mestrandos Pretinho and Perninha, and Instrutora Bombom with us, and we’ll be taking the opportunity to host CANTABADÁ das Américas em Nova York.

Some parts of the event will also be open to Capoeiristas from other schools, making it an even richer experience for everyone.
